Average counts of Enterobacteriaceae on the surface of strombacae, gandufli, shrimp, and crab were 106, 2x105 ,2 x103, <102 ,102 dunng Autumn 105,2x103, 3x102, <102, <102 during winter 107. 2 x106, 2x104, <102 ,<102 during spring and 109. 4x107, 2x105, 3x102, <102/cm2 during summer respectively.
