The present studies were designed to investigate the impact of envenomation on the health and hematological parameters of horses. A total number of fifty-five native breed horses were examined in this study (twenty-one normal and healthy horses as control group and thirty-four envenomed horses by toxins and snakes/bee venom for production of antitoxins and antisera). Vital and clinical signs, hemogram, liver and kidney function tests and minerals status were investigated in the envenomed horses revealed macrocytic hypochromic anemia, leukocytosis, significant increase in BUN, creatinine, TP, globulin, AST, bilirubin and GGT values along with significant decrease in albumin and glucose levels. Copper level showed significant increase while zinc and iron level showed decrease in values in comparison to control data
